MAP is a volunteer-based program. We need enthusiastic volunteers who want to learn about Medicare and help others. We provide free training. No experience necessary!
The Northern Nevada Medicare Assistance Program (MAP) encompasses the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP), and the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA).
MAP offers free training, flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and the ability to empower, educate, and assist Medicare-eligible individuals, their families, and caregivers.
